Journey to the Aegean

After working in many parts of our country due to our profession, saying hello to village life in the Aegean for retirement was one of the best decisions we made in our lives. The calm waters of the Aegean, sea salt, its scent and the first rays of the sun have filled our inner peace since that day.

Knowing that life in the Aegean is about slowing down, resting and enjoying, we have turned our olive growing hobby, which we started for ourselves in our garden over the years, into a hobby in which we do not compromise on our Cittaslow philosophy, which we offer to our loved ones over the years. With the information we have learned in this process and our search for a better quality result at every step, we have reached this point where the production volume is limited for sales but the quality is high.

We are happy to share this valuable liquid, which we can produce in limited quantities annually due to the laboriousness of the processes and the meticulousness of our structure, with our valued guests. We try to obtain our products, which we have passed through many local and international testing procedures, under Italian production conditions, in a way that respects nature.

On this journey we set out in 2016 to get away from our stressful life, relax and live in touch with nature, it was one of the most exciting decisions we have made in our lives to start producing olive oil first for ourselves, then for our loved ones, and then to offer you a limited amount, trying not to compromise on quality. Working here among the olive trees and creating a beautiful product was an enjoyable yet satisfying experience for us.

 

We hope that these products, which are grown with great care, carefully collected at the beginning of the harvest season, prepared with cold pressing technique and delivered to you by resting in Italian steel tanks, will always continue to gain your appreciation.

Quality product

Lake Bafa olives collected from the foothillsIt also brings the aroma unique to the nature of the place it comes from to your tables. A busy sunny summer season along olives grown with the natural moisture balance of the lake gain their unique steamy taste.

Harvest

On Time

After the summer season, our olives are harvested before the onset of rain and harsh cold. They are picked from the branches without touching the ground and loaded onto vehicles.

Fast Transfer and
Hands-Free Processing

From the point of collection to the pressing workshop Early harvest olives, which are transferred quickly, are pressed without raising the temperature above 26° and left to rest in Italian steel boilers.
